This report shows a breakdown of CVs and Interviews (of a Client) by Region, Office, Team and Consultant. It finds all Speculative CVs Sent, CVs Sent, Speculative Interviews and arranged Client Interviews (Internal Interviews are not included) created in the date range entered.
The report can compare the user's activity against their targets.
Targets should be set against activities to allow actuals to be reported against targets. Please contact your Adapt representative for more information on targets.

To run the report:

  • Click on the report name to launch the input screen.

  • Enter the criteria for the report (mandatory fields are highlighted in red).

Choose to filter by:

  1. Owner of Progress Record - This is populated from the logged in user who creates the Progress record (such as Shortlist, arrange an Interview, Send CV etc.) against the Job. This is the existing functionality in Adapt.

  2. Owner of Job Record - Use this filter to show the activities by the Job Owning Consultant. Note: This is set when using the 'On Behalf Of' feature in Adapt.

  • Select the required format.

  • Click Confirm to run the report.

Note: For the date range entered, the start date will need to be a Monday and the end date a Sunday. This is so the system can calculate the weeks / months and quarters correctly.

You can Filter by:

  • Progress record (owning) Region

  • Progress record (owning) Office

  • Progress record (owning) Team

  • Progress record (owning) Consultant

  • Client

  • Activity (Mandatory - choose: All, Clients Interview booked, CVs sent, Speculative CVs sent, Speculative Interviews)

  • Target period (defines against which period of target activity e.g. Quarterly, Monthly should be compared). If this used Target data will be shown. If not used, no target data will be shown.

You can choose to Group the report presentation by:

  • Client

  • Consultant

You can Sort by (defines first sorting order):

  • Candidate

  • Client

  • Job Title

Note: To check the progress record Owning Region, Office, Team and Consultant, check the General page of the Progress record.

If the report is run without any grouping, a graph for all teams is produced showing their speculative CVs sent, CVs sent, Client Interviews Arranged and Speculative Interviews created in the entered date range, followed by a breakdown of the Team totals by Consultant.

Note: When using the filter Owner of Job Record, Spec CVs Sent and Speculative Interviews arranged cannot have a Job Owner (as they are speculative) and are therefore labelled as such on the report - These are filtered by the user who arranged the Speculative Interview/Sent the CV, not by record ownership.

Users wanting to see Job activity by the user who ran the activity or by the user it was attributed to, can use the new Job Activity By User Report.

The report then shows:

For each Speculative CV Sent:

  • Details of the Client, Contact, Candidate, Consultant and the date the Spec CV was sent.
