The activity performance areas can be categorised as follows:

Business Development

Business Development Activities which can be run On Behalf Of someone else:

  • Client Created

  • Client Visit Arranged

  • Client Visit Attended

  • Contact Created

  • Lead Converted to the Job

  • Lead Created

Phone Calls

Phone Call Activities for Candidates which can be run On Behalf Of someone else:

  • Call Made (Candidate)

  • Call Received (Candidate)

  • Called Left Message (Candidate)

  • Called No Answer (Candidate)

  • Canvass Call (Candidate)

Phone Call Activities for Client Contacts which can be run On Behalf Of someone else:

  • Call Made (Client Contact)

  • Call Received (Client Contact)

  • Called Left Message (Client Contact)

  • Called No Answer (Client Contact)

  • Canvass Call (Client Contact)

Job Activity

Job Activities which can be run On Behalf Of someone else:

  • Contract Job Created

  • Contract Job Filled - Note: This activity is logged against the current logged in user when not using activity attribution.

  • Perm Job Created

  • Perm Job Placed - Note: This activity is logged against the current logged in user when not using activity attribution.

  • Temp Job Created

  • Temp Job Filled - Note: This activity is logged against the current logged in user when not using activity attribution.

  • Unbook with Replacement Candidate - Note: This can be run from the Temp Desk or the Assignment. This activity is logged against the current logged in user when not using activity attribution.

  • Contract Extension - Note: This activity is logged against the current logged in user when not using activity attribution.

  • Change Requirements  - Note: A change of Job requirements creates an activity under 'New Jobs'.

Recruitment Tasks
