Client League Table

A description of the Client League Table report

This report show the Top Clients by revenue. The league table generated is based on revenue earned between the entered dates.

To run the report:

  • Click on the report name to launch the input screen.

  • Enter the criteria for the report (mandatory fields are highlighted in red).

  • Select the required format.

  • Click Confirm to run the report.

Enter a date range. The start date will need to be a Monday and the end date a Sunday. This is so the system can calculate the weeks / months and quarters correctly.

For a date range, 

You can Filter by:

  • Assignment (owning) Region

  • Assignment (owning) Office

  • Assignment (owning) Team

  • Assignment (owning) Consultant

  • Industry Type (choose which industries to display results for)

  • Job Type (choose: All, Perm, Temp and Contract)

  • Client Level (choose: ‘Group Level’or ‘Site Level’) mandatory. Group level will include all linked Clients.

  • Results Type (choose: ‘Client and Contact’ or ‘Client’) mandatory

  • Number of results (choose: Top 10, 20, 30, 50 or 100) mandatory 

You can choose to Group the report presentation by:

  • Industry

  • Job Type 

Note: To check the Assignments owning region, office, team consultant, look at the details page.

For example, without any grouping selected, using:

  • Group level

  • Client and Contact

  • Top 20 

The report shows the following graphs:

  • Gross Margin (Top 20) for the top 20 Clients

  • Placements (Top 20) for the top 20 Clients 

Followed by a list of all Clients names (Parent Company, Client and Client Contact), their Industry type, Total Jobs, Total Live Jobs, Total Placements, Average Gross Margin and Total Gross Margin.

Note: Selecting ‘Client’ for results type will only show Client (Parent Company and Clients) and no Contacts.

Note: Selecting ‘Site Level’ for Client Level instead of Group Level omits the Parent Companies.

When Group by ‘Job Type’ is selected (with the same criteria), the report shows the following:

  • Graph for Gross Margin (Top 20) for the top 20 Clients for Permanent Job Type. Graph for Placements (Top 20) for the top 20 Clients for Permanent Job Type. Followed by a list of all Clients names (Parent Company, Client and Client Contact), their Industry type, Total Jobs, Total Live Jobs, Total Placements, Average Gross Margin and Total Gross Margin for Permanent Job Type.

  • Graph for Gross Margin (Top 20) for the top 20 Clients for Temp Job Type. Graph for Placements (Top 20) for the top 20 Clients for Temp Job Type. Followed by a list of all Clients names (Parent Company, Client and Client Contact), their Industry type, Total Jobs, Total Live Jobs, Total Placements, Average Gross Margin and Total Gross Margin for Temp Job Type.

  • Graph for Gross Margin (Top 20) for the top 20 Clients for Contract Job Type. Graph for Placements (Top 20) for the top 20 Clients for Contract Job Type. Followed by a list of all Clients names (Parent Company, Client and Client Contact), their Industry type, Total Jobs, Total Live Jobs, Total Placements, Average Gross Margin and Total Gross Margin for Contract Job Type.

When Group by ‘Industry’ is selected (with the same criteria), the report shows the following:

  • Graph for Gross Margin (Top 20) for the top 20 Clients for each Industry Type e.g. IT/Telecoms. Graph for Placements (Top 20) for the top 20 Clients for each Industry Type e.g. IT/Telecoms. Followed by a list of all Clients names (Parent Company, Client and Client Contact), Total Jobs, Total Live Jobs, Total Placements,Average Gross Margin and Total Gross Margin for each Industry Type e.g. IT/Telecoms.
