To attach email attachments to a document library in Adapt:
Select an email within Outlook and wait for the AOA to find the record in Adapt, based on email address.
Note: Use the arrow to select the correct record if there is more than one.
If there is a document attached to the email, use the paper clip icon to add the document to Adapt:
When you click this button it will display the attachment screen. Select the document category required, in this example Original CV of the Candidate record document library.
Click the ‘Attach’ button to complete this process. It will now be attached to the record in Adapt:
