Home Pages of the Adapt Menu Options

A quick overview of the home pages of each menu option in Adapt.

The My Adapt Home Page

My Adapt Home Page holds the links to the main components of the system.

My Adapt Home - This screen enables a user to manage their daily activity. The icons on the left-hand side are the main consultant work areas and these are detailed in 'My Adapt Options’.
Calendar - User’s current Appointments.
Tasks - User’s current Tasks.
History - User’s fast links to recently accessed records.
Favourites - User’s fast-links to ‘Favourite’ records.
Searches - User’s fast-links to recent Searches.
GlobalClose Workstacks - The global close Workstacks icon is found on the navigation bar of Adapt and shows all open records in the system.

Records can be closed by clicking on the cross, or by using Close All.

The People Home Page

The People Page enables users to locate any Candidate or Contact records.

People Home - This enables users to locate their Candidates and Contacts. The “search fields” on the left-hand side of the screen help users to identify records.
Person Search - Type in search criteria to find the record and click ‘Find’. Select the record to be accessed by clicking on the hyperlink.
Note: The columns of information displayed in the ‘Quickfind Search Results’ section can be adjusted by clicking on ‘Reformat’and adjusting the field selection.

The Companies Home Page

The Companies Home page enables users to locate their Clients, Parent Companies or Invoice Point records.

Companies Home - This enable users to locate their Client, Parent Company and Invoice Point records.
Companies Search - Type in search criteria to find the record and click ‘Find’. Select the record to be accessed by clicking on the hyperlink.

Note: The columns of information displayed in the ‘Quickfind Search Results’ section can be adjusted by clicking on ‘Reformat’ and adjusting the field selection.

The Jobs Home Page

The Jobs Home Page enables users to locate Vacancy records in Adapt.

Jobs Home - This enable users to locate their Job records.
Job Search - Type in search criteria to find the record and click ‘Find’. Select the record to be accessed by clicking on the hyperlink.

Note: The columns of information displayed in the ‘Quickfind Search Results’ section can be adjusted by clicking on ‘Reformat’ and adjusting the field selection.

The Frameworks Home Page

A framework is a collection of rate matrices which are linked to a Client and represent an agreement (e.g. Preferred Supplier List, collective agreement etc.). They are used for Temporary Shift Jobs only.

Frameworks Home - This enables users to locate their Frameworks. The 'search fields' on the left-hand side of the screen help users to identify records.
Framework Search - Type in search criteria to find the record and click ‘Find’. Select the record to be accessed by clicking on the hyperlink.

The Searches Home Page

The Search Home Page enables users to manage searching for records within Adapt.

Searches Home - A ‘Quickfind’ or record look-up for records of all types.
Searches -  Contains links to all the system Data searches.
Search Results - Contains a list of the user’s saved search results and offers options to edit and run processes.   

Role Selection Tree -  Select the type of record to be searched. Options preceeded by a ‘+’ contain sub options inside. 

Quickfindable Attributes - The field options listed here will vary according to the role types selected in the ‘Role Selection Tree’. 

QuickFind Search Results - Lists any records that match the defined criteria. The records can be accessed via the record hyperlink. The ‘Select’ box to the left-hand side can be ‘ticked’to allow the user to add a record to ‘Favourites’ by clicking on ‘Go’ at the bottom left of the window. The record criteria displayed in the list can be adjusted using the ‘Reformat’ option at the bottom of the window. 

The ‘Reports’ Home Page

The Reports Page lists all available Reports within Adapt. Users can select a Report, enter criteria, then run it.
