Would you like to book a team meeting with your colleagues and ensure their Adapt calendars are booked, a task created and a reminder set?
From ‘My Adapt’, ‘Calendar’ select ‘New Event’. 

Add in the users you want to invite, then set the subject, date, time and duration. A reminder time and date can be scheduled if required.

Click confirm, then Ok to send the email.

Once confirmed, a task and a calendar entry will be created for each user and the reminder alarm will pop-up at the time set, if scheduled.
