When in a studio do you often find yourself wanting to log a phone call or send an email? You can do this without having to go into the Candidate record.
From a studio (our example is ‘Temp Bookings’) use the down arrow alongside a candidate name to show the menu options.
Selecting the ‘Log a Phone Call’ action will bring up the log a phone call workflow box. Input the details and select ‘confirm’. This will be now be added to the journal record in the usual way.
Actions vary according to the studio you are in. They can also be run from Contacts and Jobs in the same way using the down arrow alongside them.
