A Lead Contact is normally created from a potential (Lead) Client or from an existing Client where no confirmed requirements exist. There are 3 ways of creating a Lead Contact:
- From the Client record, select ‘Create Contact’ from the Activities menu or shortcut icon on the tool bar. Ensure the ‘Create Lead Contact’ box is ticked.
2. From the Companies menu tab, select ‘Quick Client’. Ensure the ‘Create Lead Contact’ box is ticked.
3. From a Candidate or Contact record, select the ‘Log a Phone Call’ workflow:
Select ‘Create Lead’ and complete the New Lead details.
