An internal interview can be arranged by the recruiter to meet a Candidate. From the Activities menu in a Candidate record, select the workflow ‘Internal Interview’ within ‘General’.
Set the date and time and send confirmation by email or post.
Note – You can link the interview up to a discussion about a specific job by selecting the Job and ticking the box ‘Send Job Spec to Candidate’. The location of the interview can also be set.
Once confirmed, the visit will be added to your calendar and a task created with the reminder alarm set.
