Interview Stage options for Telephone and Video Interviews are available for Speculative Interviews.

When running the Speculative Interview workflow from the activities menu on a Contact record, users will find the following Speculative Interview Types:

To enable users to create initial speculative interviews for multiple Candidates using telephone calls, the Telephone Number for each Candidate has been added to the workflow.

The Candidate MOBILE Tel. No. is loaded by default then HOME Tel. No. if that is blank. This number will be used in the email template.

Select Speculative Telephone Interview from Interview Type, then enter the Candidate and Interview details and Confirm. Emails for the Contact and Candidates will be generated with the telephone numbers merged into the email template.

Select Speculative Video Interview from Interview Type, then enter the Candidate and Interview details and Confirm. Emails for the Contact and Candidates will be generated and can be amended to insert video joining instructions:

When running the Amend Interview workflow for a speculative interview on a Contact record, the new speculative interview types are now available within New Interview Type:

Selecting one of these will work in the same way as creating them above.

Tasks for each Speculative Interview will be created with the subject displaying the Interview type.

The Speculative Interview types (Speculative Video Interview, Speculative Telephone Interview & Speculative Interview) are detailed on the CVs Sent & Interview Analysis report. They are displayed in the Speculative Interviews section and counted in the Report Summary.
