The Job Activity By User report has been created to analyse the activities carried out on a Job by either the person who ran the activity (logged in User) or who the activity was attributed to (Owning Consultant).
It reports on the following activities carried out against the Job within the date range entered:
CVs Sent
Interviews Arranged
Jobs Created (Contract, Perm & Temp)
Open Jobs (Contract, Perm & Temp)
Offers Made
Placements (Contract, Perm & Temp)
To run the report:
Click on the report name to launch the input screen.
Enter the criteria for the report (mandatory fields are highlighted in red).
Select the required format.
Click Confirm to run the report.
Run the report by:
Who ran the Activity (logged in User)
Who was the Activity Attributed To (Job Owning Consultant)
For a date range,
You can Filter by:
Region (Region of the owning Office)
Office (Office of the owning Team)
Team (Owning Team of Activity)
Consultant (Owning Consultant who carried out Activity)
Client
Job ID
Job Title
You can choose to Group the report presentation by:
Client
