If users want to distinguish Candidates who are actively looking for work (who may have a status of Placed) , a tick box called Actively Looking is available on the Profile page of a Candidate Record:

This box is modifiable in Edit mode. When ticked, the flag is set to Yes, and users can use this field to include these Candidates in their searches.

Quickfind and the Reformatter have been updated to include this field:
