New ADA uses Outlook Email on a Mac

Use your Apple Mac native Outlook to send emails from Adapt.

With the new version of ADA (Adapt Desktop Agent), the 'Send an email' function in Adapt now works for native Outlook on a Mac, in the same way as desktop Outlook on a PC.

This means that when launching a workflow that sends an email, the email draft will now automatically launch and open in your native Outlook on your Mac.

​Note: Users will have an O365 account and therefore AWC (Adapt Webmail Connector) will also be available within the native Outlook on your Mac:
