With the new version of ADA (Adapt Desktop Agent), the 'Send an email' function in Adapt now works for native Outlook on a Mac, in the same way as desktop Outlook on a PC.
This means that when launching a workflow that sends an email, the email draft will now automatically launch and open in your native Outlook on your Mac.
Note: Users will have an O365 account and therefore AWC (Adapt Webmail Connector) will also be available within the native Outlook on your Mac:
