A description of the AWR report

AWR Report

This report shows all Workers (Temp or Contract) about to complete the AWR qualifying period.

To run the report:

  • Click on the report name to launch the input screen.

  • Enter the criteria for the report (mandatory fields are highlighted in red).

  • Select the required format.

  • Click Confirm to run the report.

You can Filter results by:

  • Hirer (Client for which the AWRcalculation is derived)

  • Assignment/Job (owning) Region

  • Assignment/Job (owning) Office

  • Assignment/Job (owning) Team

  • Assignment/Job (owning) Consultant

  • Candidates (owning) Region

  • Candidates (owning) Office

  • Candidates (owning) Team

  • Candidates (owning) Consultant

  • AWR Qualified - All, Yes or No. 

You can choose to Group the report presentation by:

  • Region for Candidate

  • Office for Candidate

  • Team for Candidate

  • Consultant for Candidate

  • Hirer (Client)

  • Region for assignment / Job

  • Office for assignment / Job

  • Team for assignment / Job

  • Consultant for assignment / Job 

AND

You choose to Sort by (mandatory) one of these columns (in alphabetical or numerical order):

  • Qualifying weeks

  • Candidate

  • Qualified

  • Assignment Title 

Note: To check the Candidates owning region, office, team consultant, look at the summary page.

Note: To check the Assignments owning region, office, team consultant, look at the Details page.

Note: To check the Job owning region, office, team consultant, look at the Management page.

Without using ‘group by’, the report will produce a list of Candidates sorted by the selected column. However grouping can give you 9 different presentations of the information and the totals by group:
