How to Create a Lead Client

A lead client is normally created when the client is a potential client so no confirmed requirements exist.

To create a lead client:

  • Click on Create Client from the Companies menu.

  • Ensure the Create Lead Client box is ticked.

  • Complete the details and click Confirm.

A client record will be created with a status of Lead and actions can be run against this client.

Note: A 'Lead' Client's status will be changed to Active if a linked 'Lead' Job is converted.
